Alana's Maltese Coffee Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. Whisk the butter, brown sugar and egg together.
  2. Add the ½ shot of espresso (but only ½ or it will be too soggy).
  3. Add the self raising flour and whisk until a silky batter.
  4. Add chocolate chips or dark chocolate chips.
  5. Use spoons to make ball shapes. Bake in oven at 170 C for around 6 min until the edges are golden.
