Ingredients
- Potatoes. Honestly the amount and type depends.
- Rosemary
- Salt
- Vegetable oil
- Garlic
Directions
- Peel, wash, and cut potatoes into 1 inch cubes.
- Add potatoes to a pot of salted water and bring to a simmer.
- After like 10 minutes, replace the water to remove the starch and continue to cook. You want a fork to go in easily as if you are making mashed potatoes.
- Add to a baking pan with vegetable oil, garlic, rosemary, and salt. Toss to coat potatoes with oil.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
- Toss potatoes and add more rosemary and salt.
- Bake for another 30 minutes.
- Toss potatoes.
- Bake for another 20 minutes.
- They should be crispy, but soft on the inside.
