Thai Curry Dumplings

Very easy to make with very little prep time.

  1. Combine garlic and coconut and thai curry together in the bottom of a glass baking pan.
  2. Place the dumplings in the pan (you can pack these).
  3. Put spinach in the cracks of the dish.
  4. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 400 for 35 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle green onions and chili crunch oil for toppings.
